At Gunner Point on Hayling Island Beach come and join us for 1h30 of exercises on the beach. Don't worry, there are some breaks ! Bring a mat and some resistance bands, water and a towel. We'll start with a 5mn warm up, we'll do two set of core exercises (especially the obliques). Then we'll continue with a 30mn full body workout and we'll finish with a 30mn stretch & mobilize routine.
